Before You Visit
Our office operates by appointment only. If you wish to visit in person, please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time. This allows us to ensure a team member is available to assist you and that any relevant materials are prepared for your discussion.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all enquiries within two business days. During busy periods, particularly around heritage listing deadlines and university terms when workshop demand increases, responses may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

While based in Melbourne, we regularly work with clients across Australia and internationally. Remote consultations via video conference are available for those unable to meet in person. Site visits outside Melbourne can be arranged for larger engagements; travel costs are quoted separately.
